Job summary

Baxter Toyota of Lincoln is looking for a Product Specialist to deliver outstanding guest experiences by showcasing vehicle features during test drives and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge across our Toyota lineup. You will guide guests to answers and resources, then follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Customer experience is required.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professionalism and delivers excellent customer service to each guest.
• Conducts vehicle feature and benefit presentation during test drives.
• Maintains strong product knowledge for all manufacturer products.
• Directs guests to additional information resources as needed.
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features at delivery and answer questions.
• Take photos of new and used cars for the company website.
• Maintains guest communication after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive between dealerships to pick up or drop off other vehicles.
• Keeps lots neat and orderly and moves cars as directed.
• Inspects parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness and compliance.
• Makes key tags for vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
