The Role:

The Product Specialist is our subject-matter expert for markets teams in the US, covering sales and trading, structuring and desk strategy. You'll run demos, design use cases, check outputs, and grow usage inside each client bank.

Responsibilities:

• Run demos and workshops for sales and trading, structuring and strategy desks.
• Build and review templates: morning notes, market wraps, trade ideas and client pitch packs.
• Turn client problems into scalable workflows, balancing client needs with platform constraints.
• Check AI outputs for accuracy before clients use them.
• Work with our banking and markets specialists to develop markets use cases.
• Turn pilots into desk-wide and bank-wide rollouts with Coverage, and track usage and adoption.
• Bring client feedback back to Product and Engineering.

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years in sales and trading, structuring or desk strategy at a bank.
• Writes client-ready markets content.
• Strong Excel skills. Python is a plus.
• Strong technical fluency: you can reason about workflows, data and failure modes.
• Clear communicator who closes loops.
• Based in New York.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to both FICC and equities.
• Experience automating desk workflows.
