Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of product management, product support, or technical marketing experience.
• Strong mechanical and technical understanding of industrial products.
• Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems and MS Office; data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Market Research & VOC: conduct field visits and capture VOC data for product development.
• Competitive Intelligence: maintain market intel on trends, share, and competitors.
• Commercial & Launch Support: assist with product launch materials and digital updates.
• Technical Documentation: develop user manuals, guides, and videos.
• Product Ownership & Strategy: own select product lines and lifecycle management.
• Reporting & Analysis: generate marketing and performance reports; basic profitability.
• Sales Enablement: support quotes, sample requests, and technical support.
