Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Product Manager for Manufacturing, Industrial Products in the United States. You will own a global product portfolio across automotive, heavy-duty, and industrial markets, translating VOC insights into a winning road map and guiding NPD from concept through launch, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or Marketing (accredited institution required).
• 8+ years of experience across marketing, outside sales, application engineering, product management, or business development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in automotive applications, power transmission systems, or related product engineering.
• Global product management or cross-regional commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in automotive, heavy-duty, and industrial markets.
• Translate market, customer, and regional needs into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead full NPI commercialization: launch materials, go-to-market strategy, and sales training.
• Support regional teams with top-line accountability for the product line; define KPIs.
