Responsibilities

• Act as secondary coverage for clients with extensive product knowledge.
• Interact with clients to execute complex product transactions that generate revenue.
• Work under the direction of senior associates.
• Manage the third-party report process for commercial real estate loans using VSIMS.
• Coordinate with clients, deal teams, and compliance to onboard entities and implement AML/KYC procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely retention of loan documents.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and invoices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in mortgage loan underwriting, closing, servicing, or administration.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, with good time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
