Camping World seeks a Product Specialist Advisor who works directly with customers to determine specialized product needs and provides price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments. The role collaborates with the service team to ensure high customer service satisfaction.

The position involves daily customer interactions, product installation coordination, and maintaining logs and progress updates while supporting a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• At least one year of RV or camping product experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches; strong organization and follow-up skills required.
• Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations.
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and scheduling installation.
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers informed of progress.
• Schedule installation appointments with service staff.
• Monitor parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure proper parts orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• May cross-train to perform other duties as necessary.

At Camping World, a Product Specialist Advisor works directly with the customers to determine specialized product needs and services and provides price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments. The Product Specialist is a member of the sales team and works collaboratively with the service team to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of work progress
• Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members
• Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations
• Inspect vehicle to ensure proper parts are ordered
• Provide excellent overall customer service
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• May cross train to perform other duties as necessary

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role
