• Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and rapid prototyping.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage product configurations that Sage owns and take ownership of selected features in partnership with Product Managers.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand workflows, identify pain points, and discover opportunities for improvement.
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate customer feedback into user stories and functional requirements.
• Work cross-functionally to track progress, resolve issues, support rollouts, and gather post-launch feedback.
