ECLARO is seeking a Product Specialist for our client in Piscataway, NJ. The CCP Central Product Specialist (NAM) will serve as a key regional extension, delivering product expertise into North American client implementations.

Responsibilities include translating client needs into CCP configurations, supporting regional and global product strategy, and ensuring alignment with standards across implementations.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in CCP (Central Counterparty Clearing) products and post-trade workflows.
  • 5 to 10 years hands on experience of analyzing and adapting to CCP features and processes at a Clearing Member or Software Vendor.
  • Experience in handling collateral in derivatives or CCP funding.
  • Experience creating detailed documented Jiras and interacting with software development teams to completion.
  • Proven track record supporting or leading client implementations in financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed specs/Jiras for new features and coordinate with development teams for delivery and testing.

Position Overview
  • The CCP Central Product Specialist (NAM) will serve as a key regional extension of the global CCP Central function, responsible for delivering product expertise and structured input into North American (NAM)-based client implementations.
  • In addition to supporting regional delivery, the role plays an active part in delivering the global CCP product strategy set by the Global Head of CCP Central.
  • This includes contributing insights from North American implementations, influencing product priorities, and helping ensure that the global product framework reflects regional client needs.

    • Client Coverage & Sales Teams
    • Regional Operations & Technology Partners
  • Success Measures:
    • Quality and timeliness of CCP product input into client implementations.
    • Measurable contribution to global CCP product enhancements.
    • Alignment of NAM implementations with global CCP standards.
    • Reduction in implementation errors or rework related to product gaps.
    • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities
  • Product Input into Client Implementations (Core Focus):
    • Act as the primary CCP product representative for North American client implementations.
    • Create their own detailed Specs / Jiras for new features agreed to be added to the global product and work closely with the development teams to successfully delivery and testing.
    • Provide detailed product guidance and requirements into implementation projects, ensuring alignment with global CCP standards.
    • Translate client needs into CCP product configurations, identifying gaps and proposing solutions where necessary.
    • Partner with implementation and onboarding teams to ensure accurate and efficient product setup.
    • Review and validate CCP-related deliverables, including workflows, documentation, and configuration outputs.
  • Contribution to Global Product:
    • Work closely with the Global Head of CCP Central to contribute to the evolution of the global CCP product.
    • Provide structured feedback and insights from NAM client implementations to inform product direction and prioritization.
    • Identify regional trends, client requirements, and recurring challenges to influence global product enhancements.
    • Support the development of globally consistent, scalable CCP product offerings.
  • Regional Product Expertise & Support:
    • Serve as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CCP products within the NAM region.
    • Support client-facing teams with product knowledge during pre-implementation and onboarding phases.
    • Address product-related queries and provide clarifications to internal stakeholders and clients.
    • Ensure consistent interpretation and application of CCP product capabilities across regional engagements.
  • Global-Regional Alignment:
    • Ensure NAM implementations adhere to global product standards, governance, and best practices.
    • Escalate regional product gaps, inefficiencies, or enhancement opportunities in a structured manner.
    • Provide assistance in resolving Client escalations for regional client implementations and outside of UK hours for global implementation.
  • Process Improvement & Standardization:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline implementation processes related to CCP products.
    • Contribute to the development of standardized templates, playbooks, and best practices.
    • Promote scalable and repeatable implementation approaches across the region.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with:
      • Client Implementation & Onboarding Teams
      • Sales & Client Coverage
      • Product Management
      • Operations & Technology Teams
      • Facilitate clear communication with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery success.

Salary: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 / Year
