Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Product Specialist to join our Mount Arlington, NJ team in a hybrid contract‑to‑hire role. You will partner with sales, customer success, product, and implementation teams to shape decisions on products, data services, APIs, integrations, and workflows that address customer challenges.

You will deliver tailored demonstrations, support RFP/RFI responses, lead technical discovery sessions, and translate customer requirements into practical solution recommendations for enterprise

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has pre‑sales/solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Ability to bridge technical and business language for enterprise customers.
• Life sciences, pharma, medical device, or HCP/HCO data experience is a differentiator.
• AI prompting skills are required; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Our client, a trusted leader in life sciences for over 30 years, is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in Mount Arlington NJ. Serving as a pre‑sales consultant, this role works in partnership with sales, customer success, product, and implementation teams to shape decisions around products, data services, APIs, integrations, and workflows that solve customer business, compliance, and data management challenges. The Product Specialist will deliver tailored product demonstrations, support RFP and RFI responses, lead technical discovery sessions, and translate customer requirements into practical solution recommendations. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with data and technology, curiosity about customer problems, and the ability to explain complex solutions in clear practical terms to non‑technical audiences. Experience with APIs, data integrations, CRM systems, SQL, and enterprise software is strongly preferred. Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare data experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $67.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
