TEKsystems is seeking a Contract to Hire Operations Supervisor to lead the New Jersey operations center in Cherry Hill, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will oversee escalation management and staff development for the shift you lead.

The role emphasizes training, performance monitoring, and timely reporting to leadership, with responsibilities for paperwork requested by partners, auditors and the corporate office.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree preferred.
• Some experience with configurations of consoles, routers, port servers, switches and printers.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Jersey operations shift, ensuring staffing to meet regulatory requirements.
• Serve as point of contact for escalations during the assigned shift, following escalation protocols.
• Train and develop staff at the New Jersey Office for the shift led.
• Ensure staff performance by communicating job expectations, monitoring and appraising results.
• Prepare incident reports and other paperwork for partners, auditors, and the corporate office.

Essential Functions: Accountable for the day-to-day functions of the New Jersey operations center for the shift they lead including ensuring the New Jersy Operations team is appropriately staffed to meet the regulatory requirements. Acts as the point person for escalations during assigned shift following established escalation protocols. Responsible for training and development of staff at the New Jersy Office for the shift they lead. Ensures staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; developing, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards. Provides timely and actionable feedback to team members. Provides weekly and monthly reporting needed by leadership to understand New Jersey Office performance, trends, and requirements. Ensures New Jersey Operations team activities are carried out in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations for the shift they lead. Responsible for the timely preparation of other paperwork our partners, auditors and the corporate office requests, such as incident reports. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
