BMW of Bloomfield Hills, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks knowledgeable and friendly Product Specialists to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You will assist customers with vehicle technology questions by email, phone, and in person to help owners get the most from their vehicles.

As a Product Specialist you will provide friendly, professional service, leveraging MS Office and CRM tools to manage inquiries and keep customer records up to date.
