Krause Auto Group is hiring a Product Specialist to join a luxury automotive team in Duluth, GA. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, becoming a technology and product expert for Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and driving premium ownership experiences.

You will engage customers, coordinate personalized vehicle delivery, and support showroom operations while benefiting from training and growth within a family-owned, prestige-focused dealer group.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is preferred.
• Backgrounds in customer service or brand ambassador roles are welcome.
• Interest in automotive technology and premium brands is a plus.

What You’ll Do

As a Mercedes-Benz Product Concierge, you’ll help create an elevated ownership experience while serving as a technology and product expert for our customers.

Customer Experience & Vehicle Delivery

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression
• Conduct personalized vehicle delivery experiences for sold clients
• Schedule and complete encore delivery appointments to reinforce vehicle features and technology
• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail

Product Knowledge & Technology Support

• Become an expert on Mercedes-Benz vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and infotainment platforms
• Demonstrate vehicle technology and advanced features in an easy-to-understand way
• Assist customers with vehicle personalization, settings, and connectivity features
• Support customers with Mercedes-Benz mobile apps, remote services, and digital platforms

Technical Support & Customer Education

• Help answer customer questions related to vehicle systems and technology
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity and technology concerns
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing Mercedes-Benz training, workshops, and education courses
• Create a positive and informative ownership experience for every customer

Inventory & Showroom Support

• Assist with showroom presentation and vehicle merchandising
• Help maintain organized and presentation-ready inventory
• Support dealership events and customer engagement initiatives
