• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document product development initiatives in preparation for upcoming sprint cycles
• Support the establishment and optimization of two-week sprint frameworks as tech teams are finalized
• Partner with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables
• Facilitate platform migration and implementation efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
• Work within commercial card and card processing environments to support product development goals
• Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

We're seeking an experienced Agile professional to join our growing technology team during an exciting phase of development. As we build out our tech teams and prepare to launch two-week sprint cycles, you'll play a crucial role in establishing our Agile framework and driving our platform migration forward. This position focuses heavily on product development, working closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable development work. You'll be instrumental in shaping our product development processes while supporting our commercial card processing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Craft comprehensive Agile artifacts including epics and features that align with business objectives and technical requirements

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience creating Agile artifacts, particularly epics and features, in a product development environment
• Strong background in product development with emphasis on execution and delivery
• Experience working with commercial card platforms and card processing systems
• Demonstrated success supporting platform migrations and implementations from inception to completion
• Familiarity with Qolo platform (highly desirable)
• Ability to work effectively in a growing organization where tech teams are still being established
• Comfortable operating in dynamic environments and adapting to evolving team structures
• Experience preparing for and supporting two-week sprint cadences
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to work across technical and business functions
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
