Job summary

Artifact Uprising, a Colorado-based company, is seeking a Sourcing Manager to guide the development and launch of new physical products. You will own vendor qualification, onboarding and RFQ processes, while partnering with Operations and cross-functional teams to optimize costs and timelines.

The role requires 2+ years in sourcing, strong project management, and experience with print manufacturing or 3PL. Domestic travel 3–5 times per year is expected; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills to monitor, communicate and achieve initiatives.
• 2+ years sourcing new vendors or suppliers and establishing partnerships.
• Willingness to travel domestically 3–5 times per year.
• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of print manufacturing strongly desired.
• Experience with 3PL or fulfillment providers.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and lean Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage physical product innovation project steps with vendor input and internal teams.
• Source, qualify and onboard vendors and suppliers; analyze supply chain performance.
• Develop new sourcing strategies to optimize cost, lead times and quality.
• Coordinate RFQ development and vendor negotiations with Operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, finance and Customer Experience.
