Job summary

Maverick Power is seeking a Product Solutions Engineer in Research and Development to own and grow the MP Direct knowledgebase, driving configuration logic, AI-enabled quotation automation, and BOM flow into Epicor. You will collaborate across R&D, PLM, and software to shape the product and automate the quote-to-cash process.

The role emphasizes cross-functional work, SRD creation, and ensuring compliance with electrical standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Strong written communication and technical documentation skills.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with rule-based systems.
Interest in AI, LLMs, and digital tools such as Claude and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Own and expand the MP Direct knowledgebase with modules, rules, and constraints.
Act as primary contact with software team on MP Direct functionality and issues.
Coordinate with R&D, PLM, and Software to capture new products and changes.
Write SRDs for MP Direct features and test against requirements before release.
Ensure module logic aligns with engineering designs and electrical standards.
Extend MP Direct across the quote-to-cash process, especially BOM to Epicor integration.
Troubleshoot knowledgebase errors and maintain change documentation.
