Inotiv is seeking a Product Service Support Technician to join our Livermore, CA team. The role supports daily animal care and prepares, presents, and maintains products and services that enable animal care and breeding.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys teamwork in a clean, compliant setting. The position includes shipping/receiving duties, operating washing/sterilization equipment, and keeping precise records.

$24.00 per hour We are seeking Product Service Support Technician to join our dynamic team at Livermore, CA! This position is responsible for supporting and facilitating the day‑to‑day care of animals in the assigned facility. Product Service Support Technicians are primarily tasked with preparing, presenting, and maintaining products and services that facilitate animal care and breeding. The person in this role will need to feel passionate about working with animals, enjoy and excel at organization, and support and maintain a clean, safe and compliant working environment. We are seeking someone that is hardworking, shows attention to detail, takes initiative, has a teamwork mentality and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving duties including stocking and re‑stocking supplies, feed, bedding, etc.
• Operate washing and sterilization equipment
• Keep complete and detailed records
• Maintain work area in an organized, clean, and safe condition
• Assembly of animal shipping boxes
• Stock and handle chemicals with care
• Other duties as assigned

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
