Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Product Security Engineer to own security for assigned products and guide secure architectures across AI, autonomous, and embedded systems. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and security teams to implement robust protections and ensure production-ready security for hardware and software platforms.

The role emphasizes deep security design understanding, strong communication, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages: C/C++, Golang, Rust, Python.
• Experience assessing security of firmware, applications, network, IoT, or embedded systems.
• Experience developing security features for firmware, applications, network, or embedded systems.
• Experience building production-ready embedded/Linux systems.
• Familiarity with anti-tamper and reverse engineering mechanisms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of why security design matters in products and systems.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Owns the development and maturation of security features for Anduril’s products.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to meet and exceed industry-standard security goals.
• Collaborate with security assessment teams to assess Anduril’s products and integrated components to uncover potential weaknesses.
• Collaborates with manufacturing and operations teams to develop secure handling and operational processes.
• Engages with teams to remediate uncovered weakness in designs, implementations, integrations, and processes.
