  • With the Product Security Architect, you will analyze and document security controls, technologies, and strategies to mitigate risks and improve the overall security posture.
  • Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and gap analysis to identify potential security weaknesses and propose mitigation plans that align with the business requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Aid in the design and implementation of secure systems, networks, and applications by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integration of security requirements into project lifecycles and system development processes.
  • Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and trends, and aid in providing recommendations on relevant security solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation related to cybersecurity initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
  • Manage Platform and Product Security ServiceNow queue for security onboarding requests.
  • Aid in facilitation of quarterly meetings with stakeholders and product onboarding activities with various IT teams.
  • Create, track, and manage JIRA work-items within defined sprint cycles. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into new work items for prioritization.
What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 5+ years as an IT business analyst, preferably in a cybersecurity or information security context.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and articulate complex technical and business requirements.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
  • Excellent communication and people skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in utilizing business analysis tools, techniques, and documentation standards.
  • Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
