Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador in California to engage customers, sample products, and drive sales at a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts product.
• Thrives on customer engagement.
• Ability to suggestively sell product.
• Willingness to learn and grow; follow cooking directions.
• Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours.
• Experience with customer service, sales, marketing or event planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store team members and support office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Problem solving skills.
• Intermediate level computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products.
• Preparing and serving food using induction cooktop and other equipment with provided directions.
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product.
• Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products.
• Coordinating all event activities: setup and takedown, communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings, managing sample supply and inventory, preparing event recaps.
