Direct Fairways in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Course Booking Agent. This entry-level role includes full training and a clear onboarding path. You’ll initiate conversations with golf courses, build rapport, and present three free products to help them grow.

Offer includes guaranteed base pay of $20/hour with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, monthly and annual bonuses, and benefits after eligibility. Full-time hours are M–F, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a positive team culture and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Course Booking Agent, you’ll introduce golf courses to three FREE and fully customized products that help them:

Promote their amenities

Connect with local businesses

Lower marketing costs

Your job is to open the conversation, build rapport, and help course managers see the value of partnering with us. No hard sell—just a clear, confident introduction and a win‑win proposal. We’ll train you to succeed.

What You’ll Get:

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $20/hour

• Earn $100–$400 in commission per contract signed
