What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow existing and new original equipment (OE) and aftermarket accounts
- Promote strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers both internally and externally
- Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to create new cooling system solutions
- Prepare and submit quotes for new customer cooling modules in conjunction with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Deliver market intelligence and maintain updates in Salesforce CRM regarding product gaps and competition

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of integrated industrial supply management experience with engineering and product design
- Proven track record of profitable sales growth with strong gross margins
- At least 5 years of experience in the heat transfer industry
- Strong technical understanding of engine cooling and thermal management applications
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 50% of the time
