The Product Sales Representative will deliver budgeted sales and profit objectives by leading Liquibox’s growth-centric relationship with a portfolio of existing and targeted customers. This role is the owner and “quarterback/captain” for the Liquibox cross-functional and value-based relationship and partnership with every customer in the assigned area.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities within the role:

  • Drive mutual growth within each customer to enable the attainment of sustainable Liquibox sales and margin-to-budget.
  • Build professional relationships at all levels of the customer to understand the customer’s needs, priorities, and drivers that the Liquibox product portfolio can address.
  • Develop and deliver a customer-specific value proposition that enables growth within existing accounts and captures new opportunities within target accounts.
  • Own the customer relationship and the overall DSS relationship with the customer.
  • Utilize cross-functional Liquibox resources to enhance the overall value proposition for any given opportunity.
  • Understand the customers’ business, growth agenda, key areas of focus, etc.
  • Deliver top-line revenue and overall gross margin by growing within existing accounts and attaining new business through leads/prospects.
  • Management of ongoing contract adherence.
  • Proactively sell product innovation.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts by customer.
  • CRM (Salesforce.com) excellence.
  • Customer plant/site visits to drive awareness of potential plant-level opportunities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or applicable technical field.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in flexible packaging or consumer products industry.
  • Prior experience and proficiency with virtual selling tools.
  • Prior experience and proficiency with CRM Tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
