Salary: $4,515.00 - $6,067.00 Monthly

The Department of Natural Resources’ (DNR) South Puget Sound Region is looking for a Product Sales Contracts Specialist 1 (CS1) who will provide region expertise for the State Lands timber sales program. This exciting role is an essential part of our region land management team that works towards providing a variety of environmental, economic, and social benefits for local communities.
As part of the State Lands timber sales program, this position contributes to the critical role of sustainable management of Trust forestland. This is a key position that is the initial point of contact for all timber sales-related documents and financial records within the region timber sales program of the assigned district(s). This position, as part of the region product sales team, works with other region state lands staff, district foresters, engineers, Division staff, other agency programs, timber sale purchasers, and scaling bureaus. This position also provides contract administrative support during timber sale compliance and manages timber sale finances for agency management and trust beneficiaries.
This recruitment may be extended and used to fill future similar vacancies for up to sixty (60) days.
