• Handle high volumes of guest interaction with a friendly attitude.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures on the POS system.
• Cross-train and work in all Powder Mountain locations; maintain a clean workstation.

If you are self-motivated and interested in providing an exceptional experience for our guests, you are a great fit!## About this Role**Job Title:** Products Sales Associate **Department:** Guest Services **Status:** Seasonal PT **Reporting To:** Guest Service Manage**Key Responsibilities:*** Maintain in-depth knowledge of Powder Mountain’s season pass and day pass offerings.* Have in-depth knowledge of Powder Mountain and Powder Haven’s terrain.* Ability to relay appropriate products to guest’s needs.* Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, address their concerns and answer questions.* Accurately and efficiently process lift tickets, capture guest data, provide access.* Ability to handle high volumes of customer interaction.* Never tell a guest “I don’t know,” always work to find the answer.* Perform daily opening and closing procedure on point-of-sale system.* Work on a computer with a high degree of accuracy, while maintaining customer contact.* Willing to cross-train and work in all areas/locations of Powder Mountain* Maintain a clean workstation and enjoy working in a team.* Occasionally clear snow and or ice from ticket window line.* Other duties as assigned.**Requirements and/or Qualifications:*** 18 years old or older.* Be polished, polite, resourceful, and one-step-ahead of the needs of our guests.* Proficient with computers and point of sale systems.* Be able to multi-task and efficiently handle competing priorities.* Cash handling experience.* Desire to work at 9,000 ft elevation with exposure to inclement weather.* Reliable transportation, or commitment to using UTA.* Ability to work, weekends, holiday, evenings, on call.* Adhere to flexible schedule with early mornings and late departures.**Physical Requirements:*** Full range of body movements* Reach, push, pull, lift, and carry objects that may be heavy (50+lbs)* Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting* Walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain* Climb/descend stairs/ladders**Working Environment:**Work is primarily performed in an indoor environment; exposure to noise, dust, mechanical and electrical hazards, and cleaning chemicals.
