Job description

Description:
This is a long-term contract role with a team working on cutting-edge, confidential products not yet on the market. You will be part of a dynamic team of Test Engineers and NPI Technicians supporting PSE DRI's. Your work will directly impact the timely release of the safest products, ensuring high quality for consumers.

Required:
- Experience driving product compliance to IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60950, 62368, 62133, and 60065 standards
- Hands-on experience in safety certifications, including CB reports and product safety testing under the CB Scheme, preferably under Client Test Facility Stage 3
- Deep knowledge of test equipment, procedures, and agency requirements from the above safety standards
- Excellent technical writing skills with experience submitting reports to certifying agencies

Preferred:
- BS/MS in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, experienced in cross-functional teams
- Audio experience related to safety & acoustics, especially with music headsets/headphones

This is a long-term contract position based in Cupertino, CA. The pay range is $50.00 - $95.00/hr.
