Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of the product SMS per policy.
• Support SMS governance, four elements, and records maintenance.
• Oversee QA teams to achieve quality and safety objectives.
• Identify hazards and promote proactive reporting across the lifecycle.
• Facilitate risk management and validation of controls to acceptable levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance of safety activities.
• Provide training and communication to leaders and teams.
