Responsibilities

• Assist field accident and incident investigations with counsel.
• Travel to document investigations (on-site inspections, photos, videos).
• Perform functional checks of products as part of incident investigations.
• Assist with research and discovery for litigation matters.
• Coordinate with Engineering on safety and reliability matters.
• Prepare Field Service Bulletins and Service Information.
