• Assist with evaluating products and features for manuals and warning decals.
• Participate with advanced technology teams on autonomy solutions for regulations and standards.
• Research customer support safe use and modification inquiries.
• Prepare information such as Field Service Bulletins and Service Information.
• Attend cross-functional meetings with Training, Service, Technical Publications and Marketing.
