Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Risk Program Manager to lead end-to-end risk reviews for early product development within the Product Risk & Compliance organization. You will guide product and engineering teams through Meta's Risk Review process, collaborating with Legal, Policy, and tooling partners to deliver high-quality risk assessments and enable compliant launches.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or related experience.
• Proven ability to drive complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication across diverse audiences to navigate tradeoffs.
• Experience identifying blockers, escalating issues, and remediation.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with product, eng, policy, legal.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the early product development support process to optimize Meta's Product Groups experience with Risk Review
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, elevate issues, and remediate pain points
• Drive execution and accountability through clear communication, action tracking, and decision forums
• Establish expertise across an end to end system focused on reviewing and mitigating product risks
• Serve as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure project details & risk details are well documented, tracked, and resolved
• Establish coordinated relationships with Product, Legal, Policy, and Engineering to align on priorities
• Provide guidance and support for supplemental risk assessments and research compliance reviews
• Partner with SA and AA Product Risk Program Managers to ensure appropriate product context in Risk Review system and support triage & escalation and audit & remediation
