Job summary

Meta is building a leading Security Risk Program to govern AI product launches. We seek a Security Risk Program Manager to design an end-to-end AI Launch Risk Assessment framework, spanning intake, taxonomy, methodology, and launch-gate outputs, scaling from 5 to 20+ assessments per quarter by mid-2027.

You will coordinate Central Security, product teams, Privacy, Integrity, and Legal to ensure risk reviews inform design without hindering launches, and you will own the operating model and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in governance, risk, and compliance or related fields.
• 3+ years of program management in a corporate setting.
• Experience designing programs from the ground up, including methodology and rollout.
• Cross-functional alignment across technical and non-technical partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior leadership.
• Experience with risk and compliance practices and solutions.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and audits.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI Launch Risk Assessment framework end to end.
• Coordinate cross-functional operating model with Central Security, product groups, Privacy, Integrity, and Legal.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate risk reviews into design decisions.
• Represent security risk positions with leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain a consolidated AI risk register for leadership visibility.
• Produce reporting on AI risk across the product portfolio for executives.
• Define tooling requirements and drive automation to scale assessments.
• Ensure artifacts meet internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Identify risks, blockers, and mitigation plans; monitor SLAs.
• Create presentations to inform leadership and mentor junior team members.
