Job summary

Meta in Des Moines is seeking a Product Risk Program Manager to shepherd risk reviews from inception to launch, enabling compliant product releases. You will work with product and engineering teams to guide them through Meta's Risk Review process, collaborating with legal, policy, and tooling partners to deliver a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or compliance-driven roles.
• Proven ability to manage projects with tight timelines and many stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative work style.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and drive change.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
• Experience identifying blockers and driving remediation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the early product development support process to optimize Product Groups' experience with Risk Review.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, elevate issues, and remediate pain points.
• Drive execution and accountability through clear communication, action tracking, and decision forums.
• Establish expertise across an end-to-end system focused on reviewing and mitigating product risks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, and cross-functional teams for Risk Review efficiency.
• Ensure project and risk details are documented, tracked, and resolved with transparency.
• Maintain coordinated relationships with Product, Legal, Policy, and Engineering to align on priorities.
• Provide guidance for supplemental risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Partner with SA and AA Product Risk PMs to capture product context and support triage and remediation.
