Job summary

Leprino Foods Company in Lemoore, CA is seeking a Product Review Lead VIII in QA to guide the Quality team and uphold food safety standards. You will oversee product review and holds, communicate issues with senior management, and support corrective actions in a fast-paced dairy environment.

The role requires a related degree or equivalent experience, leadership background, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA tools. Evening/weekend flexibility and adherence to GMPs are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Food Science preferred or 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Experience in Dairy/Quality in Food industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the Quality team to ensure food safety performance.
• Generate food safety and quality incident reports and holds as needed.
• Communicate incidents with quality leadership and management.
• Support troubleshooting of quality execution deficiencies in plant.
• Oversee product quality and coordinate recalls/withdrawals if necessary.
• Coach staff on development, performance, and policy adherence.
