Job summary

System One is seeking a Product Regulatory Coordinator in Lyndhurst, NJ to manage SDSs, PDSs, regulatory questionnaires, and supplier compliance documentation. The role collaborates with R&D, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate regulatory information and timely responses.

The successful candidate will maintain supplier records, oversee document control in SAP, and drive process improvements to support regulatory accuracy and business continuity.

Qualifications

• BS in a science-related field as listed.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP basic knowledge preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage SDSs, PDSs, regulatory questionnaires and supplier docs.
• Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain supplier records and respond to data requests.
• Oversee document control including SAP record management.
• Improve administrative processes and data management.
• Request up-to-date regulatory docs to support business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant product data.
• Engage with US suppliers to ensure timely submissions.
• Develop and maintain US supplier directory.
• Ensure proper archival of regulatory data.
• Manage CG50 document control processes.
• Support scalability for future business needs.
