What you'll be doing day to day
Our planet is facing increased energy and resource consumption, which is concerning. At IKEA, we aim to do more with less. As a Product Recovery Associate, you will help recover and sustain our products by minimizing damages and costs, repackaging and assembling products to give them a second life, and presenting IKEA products in As-Is condition with pride. You will also support quality improvement initiatives, consider sustainability impacts in recovery decisions, and promote IKEA's inclusive culture that values diversity among co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Retail experience, knowledge of building quality IKEA furniture, understanding of waste management and sustainability principles, and experience in customer and commercial-oriented environments.

The hourly pay range for this role is $19.52-$27.86. JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time. BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes. HOURS – 12-20 hours per week, including weekday evenings (4 PM to 8 PM) and varying weekend shifts between 8 AM to 11 PM.
