What you'll be doing day to day

As a Product Recovery Associate, contributing to recovery and sustainability efforts in the store, you will:

  1. Minimize internal damages and other costs related to IKEA products.
  2. Take necessary actions on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly.
  3. Present IKEA products in As-Is condition with a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride, setting relevant prices that attract customers, and generate the best results for the store.
  4. Support quality work in the store to improve customers' perception of IKEA products.
  5. Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding how to recover products.
  6. Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces diversity among co-workers and customers.

The hourly pay range for this role is $19.52-$27.86.

Job details:

  • Type: Permanent, Part-time
  • Benefits eligible: Yes
  • Hours: 12-20 hours/week. Weekdays: 4 PM to 8 PM; weekends vary between 8 AM to 11 PM.
