Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor quality team members and own quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve First Pass Yield and reduce escapes.
• Manage containment and corrective actions to protect customers and business.
• Apply data-driven methods to identify risks and prioritize improvement actions.
• Support manufacturing operations with in-process controls and verification.
