Job summary

Rehlko in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Product Quality Leader to drive product quality across assigned families from supplier through manufacturing to customer delivery, embedding a customer-first, preventive mindset and leading a quality team onsite.

You will own quality outcomes, lead containment and corrective actions, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve First Pass Yield and reduce cost of poor quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, or operations with leadership.
• Proven track record of quality improvement and risk mitigation in manufacturing.
• Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCCA, CAPA).
• Ability to prioritize work and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product quality across assigned product families from supplier to customer delivery.
• Drive a customer-first, preventive quality mindset to reduce risk and defects.
• Develop and lead quality teams, guiding defect prevention and corrective actions.
• Improve First Pass Yield and reduce customer escapes and COPQ.
• Collaborate with manufacturing operations to implement in-process controls and verification methods.
• Analyze quality losses and prioritize improvement actions with data-driven methods.
