Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in product development, manufacturing, or quality engineering.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and launch of transportation safety products using Stage-Gate and APQP.
• Develop engineering deliverables including specs, timing plans, cost targets, DFMEA, DVP&R, drawings, and validation plans.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate engineering changes with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Promote continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
