Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking a Product Quality Engineer in Texas to influence product quality from concept to launch and support post-launch activities. You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to embed quality practices across the development lifecycle.

The role requires experience in regulated environments, strong ability to interpret schematics, and hands-on DFMEA/RCA expertise to drive improvements and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Software or a related Engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in Product Quality, Design Quality or R&D within a regulated industry.
  • Experience working across the full product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of DFMEA, risk management and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Understanding of embedded systems, firmware or hardware/software integration.
  • Experience working to ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with R&D to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Review electronic designs, schematics and PCB layouts to identify quality and reliability risks.
  • Lead design risk assessments (DFMEA) and support root cause investigations.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), verification and validation activities.
  • Assist with supplier and component approval processes.
  • Analyse product and test data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support hardware and software testing from a quality perspective.
  • Work with Production, Test and Process Engineering teams to resolve product-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, design controls and traceability requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Product Quality Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Quality Engineer to work closely with R&D, influencing product quality from initial concept through to launch and ongoing product support.
