Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC in Carson, CA is hiring a Product Integrity Associate on our Quality team. You’ll help ensure our products and learning materials are safe, reliable, and ready for learners, with hands-on training from day one.

The role is entry-level, requires 0–2 years experience, and you’ll support testing coordination, documentation, and supplier communications while growing in quality assurance and product compliance.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional, internship or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Comfortable picking up new systems, tools and processes with guidance.
• Able to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Onsite, full-time availability at our Carson, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Review product profiles and identify applicable compliance testing requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories to book and track testing submissions.
• Request and follow up on product samples from suppliers for evaluation.
• Maintain accurate, organized records of test reports and compliance documentation.
• Support the Product Integrity team on department projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
