Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC in Carson, CA seeks a Product Integrity Associate to help ensure our learning products are safe, reliable, and ready for learners. You’ll learn hands-on quality processes with real responsibility from day one.

You will review product profiles, coordinate testing with labs, contact suppliers for samples, and maintain accurate compliance records while supporting continuous improvement on the Product Integrity team.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional, internship or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Comfortable picking up new systems, tools and processes with guidance.
• Able to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Onsite, full-time availability at our Carson, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing product profiles and identifying the applicable compliance testing requirements for each item
• Coordinatingwith third‑party laboratories to book and track product testing submissions
• Reaching out to suppliers to request and follow up on product samples needed for evaluation
• Maintaining accurate, organized records of test reports and compliance documentation
• Supporting the Product Integrity team on department projects and continuous improvement initiatives

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $20.20–$24.28 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
