Product/Project Manager – Home Digital AI Scent Solutions (Remote)

They partner with leading consumer brands to redefine smart home living, enhancing wellbeing, personalization, and lifestyle through IoT-enabled scent diffusion.
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product/Project Manager to lead the development and successful launch of their IoT Home Digital AI Scent Solutions. In this role, you will bridge collaboration between their customer brands and manufacturing partners, internal software development teams, guiding products from concept through commercialization, ensuring their solutions deliver unparalleled experiences in smart home environments.
As the Product/Project Manager, you will work in the following areas:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Direct the complete product development process, from ideation and design assistance to the customer, including prototyping through to launch, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic vision and customer demands.
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Define, articulate, and manage the strategic product roadmap, aligning product features, market positioning, and release timelines with business objectives and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with engineering, UX/UI design, data science, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated, high-quality, and timely IoT scent solutions.
- Customer and Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with leading consumer smart home essential oil and fine fragrance brands, capturing their requirements, managing expectations, and integrating feedback into product development.
- Project Delivery: Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve performance targets through rigorous planning, proactive risk management, and meticulous documentation.
- Insight and Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, customer data, and product performance to drive improvements, innovation, and maintain competitive differentiation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate progress, updates, opportunities, and challenges clearly and proactively to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
As the Product/Project Manager, your background should include:
- At least 5 years of product or project management experience, specifically in IoT, consumer electronics, smart home, or related technology sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in bringing innovative digital or IoT products from concept through launch and scaling.
- Strong familiarity with connected devices, cloud integrations, data-driven AI solutions, and consumer-focused UX/UI design principles.
- Exceptional project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
