Dr. Comfort is seeking a detail-oriented Product Project Manager to own project management across our Product organization.

This role administers our PLM system, drives New Product Introduction milestones from concept through launch, and serves as the cross-functional liaison connecting Product, Development, Education, and Operations. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, keeps complex cross-functional timelines on track, and brings rigor to documentation and compliance in a therapeutic

Qualifications

• Experience managing product lifecycle processes from concept through launch.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Product, Development, Education, and Operations.
• Strong documentation practices ensuring regulatory and coding standards compliance.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain structured timelines and risk escalation.
• Experience in therapeutic footwear environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the PLM system: setup, structure, access, and project management.
• Coordinate NPI milestones across Product, Development, Sourcing, and Education.
• Maintain NPI docs and ensure compliance with processes and regulatory standards.
• Produce launch reports and communicate status to leadership.
• Serve as cross-functional liaison among Product, Development, Education and external partners.
• Support compliance and documentation with Product Operations Coordinator.
• Identify NPI workflow gaps and drive PLM improvements.

This role administers our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, drives New Product Introduction (NPI) milestones from concept through launch, and serves as the cross-functional liaison connecting Product, Development, Education, and Operations. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, keeps complex cross-functional timelines on track, and brings rigor to documentation and compliance in a therapeutic footwear environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and administer the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, including setup, structure, user access, and ongoing system project management.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) milestones across Product, Development, Sourcing, and Education teams, keeping projects on schedule and escalating risks early.
• Maintain NPI set-up documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable regulatory and coding standards.
• Produce and distribute launch reporting to track product introduction progress and communicate status to leadership.
• Act as the primary cross-functional liaison, coordinating priorities and timelines between Product, Development, Education, and external partners.
• Partner with the Product Operations Coordinator to support compliance and documentation needs across active NPI milestones.
• Identify process gaps in the NPI workflow and recommend improvements to PLM setup, templates, and reporting cadence.
