Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Product Program Management Analyst to oversee the development and management of assigned insurance products and programs. You will monitor profitability, retention, and growth, and report progress to Product Managers and executives.

Key duties include leading cross-functional project activities, implementing changes to meet goals, guiding teams, and performing analyses of competitive landscape and product performance.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in marketing, business, management, finance, quantitative or technical field.
• Experience in program management, finance or insurance analytics preferred.
• Experience in product management or development preferred.
• 2+ years in key insurance operations (actuarial, claims, underwriting, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to compile, analyze and interpret statistical data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordinate multiple project activities across functions.
• Make recommendations to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Guide teams and influence outcomes across the organization.
• Conduct complex analyses on competitive landscape and product performance.
