Job summary

Girl Scouts of Kentucky’s Wilderness Road in Lexington, KY seeks a Product Program Coordinator to lead logistics, volunteer partnerships, and program improvements for our Cookie and Fall Product initiatives. You will coordinate trainings, analyze sales trends, and work across departments to meet council goals while advancing leadership development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in related fields (business administration, sales, marketing, training, volunteer management, membership relations).
• Experience managing multi-faceted programs and/or large-scale projects.
• Experience working in a cross-departmental environment and ability to collaborate successfully.

Responsibilities

• Arrange logistics for product program events including trainings and sales booths.
• Monitor sales progress, track inventory across sites, and coordinate order processing and distribution.
• Prepare reports on program performance and progress towards goals to share with leadership staff.
• Develop and deliver training materials and presentations for volunteers on all aspects of the Cookie Program.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to volunteers throughout the sale seasons.
