Job summary

Flamingo is seeking a proactive Product Program Manager to lead cross-functional workstreams from concept through launch. You’ll manage multiple commercial initiatives and bundles, building relationships and bringing structure to ambiguity.

You’ll work with Product Development, Marketing, Global Supply, and Design in our SoHo office (in-office Tue–Thu). A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of ownership-focused experience are required.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of ownership, coordination, and execution experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution without explicit instructions.
• Strong judgment, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.

• Drive execution across a high volume of product programs from scoping through launch.
• Lead cross-functional planning, timelines, and risk mitigation to align with business goals.
