Responsibilities

• Drive execution across a high volume of product programs, from scoping through launch.
• Lead cross-functional planning, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across product development, marketing, sourcing, operations, quality, finance, design, and sales to move work forward quickly.
• Work with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers throughout development.
• Clearly communicate updates, blockers, and decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Identify and implement workflow, tool, or process improvements that enable faster, more efficient execution.
