Role Overview:
To represent Procurement as an integral part of a campaign, Product, or Project team, leading the resources of the function to optimize its contribution to producing competitive campaigns and delivering profitable projects.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Acquisition or Sourcing strategies align with the business needs in the short, medium, and long term.
Collaborate with product development teams to determine work package needs, competitiveness objectives, and target costs. Develop and negotiate a supply chain architecture that meets all product requirements.
Deliver risk-managed Terms and Conditions of contract for all supply chain elements.
During project phases, work closely with stakeholders to manage procurement aspects, ensuring work packages meet technical, program, cost, and performance requirements.
Support activities across different businesses or locations within the UK as needed.
