Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Business Process Analyst to lead the product development of an information technology solution and external staff integration for operational efficiency. You will capture system requirements, design workflows, and develop plans, roadmaps, and strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage the lifecycle.

Your background in product management, continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, and design thinking will drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in product management and continuous improvement, Lean management, Six Sigma, Agile management, or design thinking.
• Experience conducting subject matter expert interviews and analyzing operational performance data.
• Experience designing system process requirements and user stories.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and change management frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate user experience design thinking into wireframe and product prototype development.
• Ability to brief senior leadership effectively.
• Ability to manage inputs from multiple stakeholders and translate them into concise deliverables.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product development lifecycle and increment schedules for an information system.
• Develop and optimize transactional and system processes to align programs and external entities.
• Pilot process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, or Design Thinking.
• Analyze current-state operations and visualize them to enhance transparency across client operations.
• Brief process findings and recommendations to client and contract leadership.
• Manage MVP schedules and assist in follow-on scheduling.
• Develop as-is baseline process documentation for external organizations.
• Develop to-be process documentation for a unified Army program.
• Create a transition map from current-state to a unified Army program.
