Aptean is seeking a Product Portfolio Coordinator to join the Product Management team and coordinate visibility across a portfolio of products, aligning stakeholder input with roadmap priorities and keeping delivery timelines clear.

This full-time role is suited for a recent graduate building a career in product management, program management or business operations. You will work across Product, Sales, Marketing and AI as a Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organization skills managing multiple products or projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence engaging with senior Sales, Marketing and Technical stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency with Excel or Sheets and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product roadmaps, timelines, dependencies and priorities across multiple products.
• Gather stakeholder needs and translate input into actionable product priorities.
• Review requests against capacity and commitments to support trade-off decisions.
• Communicate delivery timelines, flag changes and elevate potential delays.
• Create status updates and facilitate cross-team alignment meetings.
